Welcome to My Film Blog

    Hello and welcome to my film blog, I'm Robyn and I like to watch movies...like a lot of movies. This will most likely be a short blog because I'm currently in the works of writing other non-film related things, but a quick introduction seems fitting for me. I am currently in college and the last time I used Blogger was in 2021 or so when I was using this website for a high school class, oh how the time changed from Forest City to a film blog. I wanted to try and do YouTube, but I don't have the money or a proper microphone to film and edit videos and...well...I'm in college, time is very precious to me.

    So I wanted to create a space for me to share my opinions on film and TV as it is integral to my life and film is my personal favorite way to take in stories. I prefer animation over live action, but that's not to say that I don't hate live action, there are movies that are better in live action...I just prefer animation. Some of my favorite movies are animated and probably my most favorite movie of all time is live action, which you can view on my Letterboxd. I do a lot of shorter film reviews there, but my longer film reviews will be housed here: ie the Pixar reviews and more. I'm currently working on a Pixar review as it's been a while since I've seen all the movie together in order and I haven't seen all of their movies. I can't wait to share with you all my ranking of those movies and also rankings of other movies.

    Once again, welcome to my blog, I hope you stay for a while...or not, I'm not sure how popular blogs are anymore, but I hope you can give it a chance...

PS I don't have much of a schedule for these blogs, but I'd like to so perhaps I'll get in the habit of writing more about movies and watching more movies period.
